Wall switches are an essential part of the modern home. These devices control the flow of electricity to lights, fans, and other electronic devices.

Switches are used for the control of electrical power or signals and may be categorized by their functional switching mechanism and their intended applications. Electrical Switches are devices that control power in electrical circuits typically using mechanical means to create “on” and “off” states that open or close the desired circuit path.

From February 2021, Stand-alone Plugs and Socket Outlets including Switches will also be required to have the Saudi Quality Mark.
